Refund Policy

1.1 If the client decides to terminate the terms and agreement after the project is fully completed, then the full bill will be owed to Digivalie for the website or any other service rendered.

1.2 The client will have the option to pay a deposit fee that consists of 50% of the full amount.

1.3 Digivalie will start with the project once the deposit is paid.

1.4 The project will be started as a draft on one of Digivalie’s domains for the customer to review. If the customer is happy with the draft, then the full payment needs to be made in order to transfer the entire website to the client’s domain name.

1.5 No refunds will be given for any deposit made by the client.
